Building Knowledge Breakfast Series is a recurring morning program hosted by Manitowoc County Home Builders Association that brings industry professionals together for education, networking, and conversation. Each session features timely topics, expert speakers, and practical insights designed to help members stay informed, connected, and successful in the building industry.
First up: Understanding Credit & Financial Wellness
During this conversation on credit, we will talk about how credit scores are calculated and how that differs between personal and business credit. We will also debunk common misconceptions about credit, and discuss strategies and resources for improving your credit score.
Presented by: Tisha O'Dell, who has spent over eight years in the financial industry with experience in lending, branch management, and financial coaching. She is passionate about making financial education approachable and empowering. As the Community Financial Wellness Specialist at UnitedOne Credit Union, Tisha partners with schools, businesses, and community organizations to deliver practical workshops that help people make confident, informed money choices.
This event is open to all members and employees. Coffee, Water, Juice and a continental breakfast included. One free registration per member, $5 per each additional member registration.
